1. Acceptance
By using the Murlidhar Vidhyalay website, portal or mobile app, you agree to these terms. Parents and guardians using services for a student confirm that they are authorised to do so.
2. Authorised use and accounts
Use school services only for lawful educational and administrative purposes. Keep login details private and notify the school promptly about unauthorised access. The school may suspend access where needed to protect students, accounts or systems.
3. Student records and Puffy AI
Student users may view only their own permitted records, reports and certificates. They cannot modify school data or access other students’ or staff records. Staff and administrators receive access according to their school-assigned permissions. Puffy AI responses are informational and should be checked with the school for important decisions.
4. Communications
The school may send authorised notices, attendance alerts and service messages through the app, SMS, email or other configured channels. Device notification delivery can depend on network, device and operating-system settings.
5. Content and availability
Website and app content is provided for school use and must not be copied, disrupted, misused or used to attempt unauthorised access. Services may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
